Except now her reputation is causing her problems, because the town bully, a grown man named Cormish, wants her to steal the wizard’s spell book from him. Or else.

Yeah, Wizard Jorphen’s pretty much useless as a wizard. Too scared to do magic. Too scared to take on Cormish as an apprentice. A scaredy wizard.

But Astra isn’t so sure that Cormish needs to get hold of that spell book. Who knows what kind of damage he could do with it?

On the other hand, if he doesn’t get hold of that spell book, what kind of damage could he do to her?
