Enjoyed the story, writing, characters. Really enjoy Kate's writing. This story didn't feel soppy or cliched.

Kait Nolan writes excellent fantasy fiction! I really enjoyed this trio. All three were fun and inventive. Can't miss with this one.

Kait Nolan was one of the very first independent authors I read and I have remained an avid fan over the last year. I discovered Forsaken By Shadow when she released it, chapter by chapter on a weekly basis, for free on her website, and was very sad that I couldn’t buy the novella as it was only available in e-format. I fell in love with Cade, and shed tears for Embry because she loved him so much and couldn’t have him.

When I found out my new iPod Touch enabled me to read books, Nolan’s Forsaken by Shadow and the next story in the series, Devil’s Eye, were two of the very first books I bought. Mick soon vied with Cade for my affections, but he was obviously all wrapped up in someone else, so I made sure not to interfere. I also pounced on Blindsight as soon as it came out and, oh, that Ransom!

Being able to get all three stories in one volume, and such a pretty one at that, is just fantastic. I anticipate many long winter evenings to come as I snuggle down with a blanket and some hot chocolate to renew my acquaintance with the Mirus. These magical characters introduced me to Nolan’s writing and I have never regretted it.
