I have spent much of my life obese (I hate that word, but it is the truth). I was a chubby child and became 100 pounds overweight by the time I was in my late 20's. I read countless books and articles on weight loss and tried numerous diets; none worked for long. All were either impossible to follow for long or left me constantly hungry.
After a successful career as a scientist/engineer, I finally applied scientific rigor to my determination to lose my excess fat and made several fascinating and important discoveries that led to the formation of the Weight Agency and this booklet.
