In this future, the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial is protected from graffiti artists with nanotechnology. But there's still injustice, homelessness, paranoia and dreams. Skull doesn't want to escape her sweet obsessions, her day dreams and her dream men. But when her best friend "finds" a can of nan-paint, thinking he can use it to tag his name on the wall, does Skull help? Or does she stay wrapped in her own obsessions?
