About Suzan Tusson, CPCC

Suzan Tusson, CPCC is an award-winning writer and the author of Women at P.L.A.Y! Peace, Love, and Acceptance of Yourself after 40. She is also the contributing author and editor of several women’s health-related books as well as numerous print and online publications including the AARP Bulletin.

Suzan is also an award-winning speaker whose extensive experience includes being the Keynote Speaker for Toastmaster’s District Annual Awards Banquet, a panelist for the Association for Women in Science, and a frequent presenter at Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa.

Since 2001 she has developed and facilitated interactive playshops to inspire women to put their health (emotional, physical, and spiritual) FIRST. She encourages women to connect with their full creative expression through play and to adapt nurturing wellness and mindfulness practices for their optimal self-care. She has assisted hundreds of women to make significant improvements with their health and overall well-being through her innovative group and individual coaching programs.

Suzan graduated with a B.A.S. in Speech Communication from San Diego State University and is a certified Life Coach through the Coaches Training Institute, an internationally accredited Behavioral Sciences program. She is also certified as a Servant Leader through the San Diego Leadership Initiative.

Suzan is a life adventurer. Her travels have taken her to such remote places as the Inca Trail in Peru, the Himalayas in Nepal, as well as Kenya, Tanzania, and Egypt in Africa.
