This is the story of a secret unit formed to fight modern terrorism. It is a multi-national, multi-lingual, multi-religious organisation, similar in its formation to that of The French Foreign Legion.
It deals with the 'actual' threats we face today and fiction is used to tell a story that mirrors the situation we face today.
There is no better way of revealing the truth than through fiction and 'Deadly Black Rain' is such a story.
'Taskforce Alpha' is formed using a multi-national, multi-lingual, multi-religious format that allows it to work without the constraints imposed on the more traditional security services.
The first plot they have to face is a complex plan to attack and destroy the UK's oil and gas supplies from the North Sea while simultaniously attacking nuclear facilities.
As you can imagine, the challeges facing 'Taskforce' are never ending and continue into the second book in the series, 'The Real Cost of Terror' which is also available as an ebook.
