About Christopher Bean

I was born just outside of Washington, DC and moved to West Virginia when I was two. My mother in an English professor and the Associate Dean of the College of Liberal Arts at Marshall University. Needless to say, growing up with an english professor caused me to fall in love with writing at a young age. My writing consists of essays on martial arts and combat and short stories that contain an even balance of action and character development. I just finished my first novel and that is one of my proudest acheivements in life.

I write because I love it and for no other reason. Besides writing, I have a passion for martial arts. I have been training for the last 10 years and have experience in Muay Thai, Boxing, Self-Defense systems, Krav Maga, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I love it and it is what I am best at in life.

My goal is simply to get my wirting out there and share it with others.
