Well written, deeper than your average smut story, fast paced and leaves you thinking. The sex was hot, but I didn't find the 'hero' super appealing so minus one star.

Boleyn's short story about Lila, a married woman who is also a sex addict, has an interesting setup: she attends a 12-step program. The first meeting goes along as one might expect: she tells her story and meets her possible sponsor, a recovering addict. The setup has great potential for a series of stories (or possibly chapters in a novel).

In the next scene, Lila meets a stranger in the parking lot. She takes a ride with him for an erotic encounter.

The story ends in a situation that might leave the reader puzzled. A reviewer on this story, Sir's kitten , said "There was so much in that one last sentence that... took it over the edge of smut and made it vibrate in my brain". The ending lead me to believe there might be more to come.

Ms. Boleyn writes erotica with the right attention to detail with a pacing that is sure to get readers sufficiently aroused.

I have to say that this story is not only sexy, but it got under my skin.

To explain I have to sort of spoiler a bit. The lead characters starts off at a 12 step meeting for people addicted to sex. You get into the inner workings of this woman so deep that you find yourself in conflict with her. Now, I know this is totally supposed to be smut, but I have to say that hidden in this smutty tale is something a bit deeper for me.

The last sentence sort of slammed it home.

"I had a lot to think about, a lot to process, and most of it had to with how much of myself I was willing to give up for the sake of recovery."

There was so much in that one last sentence, that for me, took it over the edge of smut and made it vibrate in my brain. So many times I have heard things like this from woman, where they want something so bad, and have an unsupportive spouse. How well this story sings to woman that want kink and have someone denying them the simple joy.

Sorry Rachel you are too good of a writer, you gave me hot kinky sex and a great sound story in the backdrop of this erotica short.

Bravo!

This story (which- like all of Rachel's books- is very well written) tells the plight of married mother who happens to be hopelessly addicted to sex (like that's a bad thing) . At the urging of her obviously all to complacent Husband , she joins a 12 step recovery program for Sex Addicts and meets a mysterious man that seemly derails her attempts at recovery.
