Foreword

This book is NOT a complete guide on learning Japanese, it is aimed at those just beginning to learn the language, who still rely on “Romaji” (Japanese written with the letters we use in English) and who are looking for a concise explanation of how to conjugate verbs. Adjectives are also covered briefly in Appendix B.

There are many differences and similarities between Japanese and English. Remembering these is a good way of learning a language.
