What a lovely scene, a young family in a humble home.
Mommy and daddy coo over the little child – the scene plays out from the point of view of the child.
Suddenly we see a young woman waking up with a gasp, which wakes the man next to her.
“Lisa, are you ok?” asks Tom sleepily.
“Yes, Tom, I’m fine, I’m sorry that I woke you,” she says.
“You had another one of those dreams, didn’t you? he asks.
“Yes, and I’m afraid they are getting more real,” she says.
“Anything new?” Tom asks,
“Well, Mommy and daddy are black, and they live in what seems like a very small farm house in the woods,” answers Lisa. “It’s weird, because I’ve never been out of the city in my life.”
“OK,” says Tom, “Now let’s get some sleep.”
