It was a day like any other... I was meeting Margaret for lunch. She had published her book Gods of the Word and I guess I felt proud to be sharing time with her. “If I wrote a book, I would call it The Happy Medium”, I offered. And Margaret replied, 'Well, if the universe has given a name, that means it already exists out there in the ether somewhere, and if you want, I'll write it for you.' 'Don't question.
