Trekking down the grueling path

I thought why we have to struggle for everything
Even to enjoy nature's magnificent bounty

But then as through swamps I waded
A merry nightingale serenaded

And chirping sat on my shoulder
While I rested on a boulder

It was then that I learnt
That the pleasure to have something' earned:
Must accompany some dirt

Lest what is the point of taking BIRTH..!
