What sets Chinese cuisine apart is the variation of choice and flavour; the distinct flavor that only an Authentic Chinese dish has. However, one downside to Chinese food can be the high fat and high cholesterol content as the Chinese are very fond of using oils.
As for Chinese noodles, you can never have enough. Always, in the Chinese tradition, they never celebrate a holiday or an important day without noodles. From birthdays to New Year-the noodle dish is always served as it signifies long life.
Chinese noodles consist of a wide variety ranging from rice, starch, flour, egg or wheat based; from thin, fat to flat and thick noodles—the variations are endless!
So, I hope you enjoy the Chinese noodle dishes that I have listed and prepared for you.
