A Life Lived Twice-Elderly Reflections Using Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey.

Foreword

Many people seeking answers to life’s biggest questions travel the world in search of wisdom. In pursuit of this wisdom we may traverse the four corners of the world, explore mystical places, and speak to wise and powerful teachers, when in fact the answers we are seeking were in actuality much closer than we realized. Much like the character of Dorothy in the Wizard of OZ, we come to find that everything we ever wanted or needed was right in our own backyard, but it took some kind of intense exploration of the larger world to finally reach this conclusion.
