Foreword:

2010 and 2011were horrible years for restaurants as many went out of business. The general public has less money to spend on evenings dining out away from home. Because of this, they are pickier about where they eat and care more about the food and service because it is their hard earned money paying for it, and they have less money to go around.


Restaurants have had to adapt or go out of business. Many have had to lower their prices with lunch and dinner specials. "Two dinners and an appetizer for $20" or "5 dollar lunches" or even "all you can eat buffet" have become popular restaurant slogans to draw in crowds.
