“Ahhh...”

Mark let hot water course down his back, soothing sore muscles as wispy tendrils of steam rose in the shower room at Crossfit Gym. It had been a good workout. A few warm-up laps around the track and then his usual grueling regimen on the machines. His arms ached but he reveled in the sensation, sign of a job well done. No pain no gain, right?

“Hey, man.”

A deep voice brought Mark out of his reverie. It belonged to Casey Scott, a fellow gym rat who liked to spend most of his time swimming laps in the pool.

“Hey yourself,” Mark replied, without opening his eyes. He wanted to lose himself in the delicious warmth of the shower. He tilted his face up to the rush of water as Casey stripped off his Speedo and reached for the soap.
