Before listing the recipes that I have included, I will start off by stating that I truly enjoy cooking and I know that this is not the case for everyone. In order to accommodate varying levels of skill and interest in cooking, I have tried to offer recipes that will cover all areas of expertise. Some are quick and easy to assemble and others might take a bit more time and preparation. Eighteen recipes are included with tips at the end of the book about timing of certain dishes. It should be noted that these recipes are all fairly hearty and not meant to be low-calorie or gluten-free, although some of the ingredients could be altered to fit a low-calorie or gluten-free meal. My hope is that out of these recipes, you will be able to get a good start on planning your holiday meal.
