Nothing has changed; not from the times of Noah, to the times of the prophets to the present day! GOD is still rising early to open the ears of His, apostles, prophets, and evangelists, and send them out to a stubborn and rebellious world, crying out, "repent and turn from your evil ways, turn to Me and I will give you life." "There are none who are righteous or who does good." (Ps. 10:14:1-3, 53:1-3; Eccl. 7:20)
