Author’s Typographical Note: This book is set in Times Roman for clarity and ease of reading. The ragged right margin was chosen specifically as it is known in design circles, to ease eye strain. When blocks of text contain the variable white word spacing found in justified margins (left and right) these gaps effectively become visual rivers of white on the page. The use of justified margins is an artifact of hot metal typography loaded into galley frames for printing. It is not necessary in today’s technology, so I have made the decision to make my books readable, first. I hope my readers will appreciate this decision.
