Introduction

Many people have a problem with the title “Boss.” Why? Well it could be because they associate it with someone that is a dictator, mean, and hard to work for. Maybe it’s the movies showing the guard of chain gangs as the mean Boss. Or the Chicago political Boss’s. But the real definitions of Boss include:

*A person in charge of a worker or organization
*One who makes decisions or exercises authority
*Incredibly awesome; miraculous; great
*An employer or a supervisor

So what’s wrong with being a Boss? Nothing. In fact, being a Boss should be a good thing. It’s an honor and a great responsibility.

Being a great Boss is critical to the success of your business. It is crucial to making things work right. Being a great Boss means you get the most out of your staff, provide the best service, and make sure your customers have their expectations met.
