Graveyard Kisses Poetry
Praise for Graveyard Kisses
On the flirty and playful side of gothic … Childish longings viewed through
the lens of adult experience. Funny and melancholy and whimsically dark, this is a collection themed around the graveyard as a place of loss, desire and transformation. Each piece is breezy and accessible, playing a distinct emotional chord. A light read with shadowy subject matter… which, occasionally, becomes poignantly grim in the old-school gothic tradition. Great fun.

This was an astounding collection of poems. They were eerie, mysterious,
and overall captivating. Many of the poems had a haunting feel to it and I have to admit that I had some goosebumps. Misty Burke will keep you on your toes throughout the book.
