The intention of this book is to help the reader cope with social skills worries and worry more generally. Many have worries about poor social skills. Worry and stress kills. Any kind of stress can kill you. Some people worry about how they use their time. And they spend a lot of time, effort and money trying to read more or do things that are more interesting in an effort to pep up their social skills. It causes them worry planning how they'll do it. And failing to do it is often disappointing. They never really succeed in doing any of their plans. If their social skills improve it all, then it is often just temporarily for a day or two.
