Simon’s Armbands.

Arguments have been raging over Simon’s person since he’s become a punk. They usually go like this- you’re a poser, no you’re a poser, no you’re a poser, no you’re a poser: you get the drift. If it’s not the safety pins it’s the swastika armbands doing the accusing. There’s a lot of violence going over Simon’s body and the material rips look fresh! They just don’t get on. Too many egos, too many idealists pushing their agendas. Too many wankers. They argue over Simon’s future, they argue over money, they argue over symbolism, they argue over authenticity, they argue over ice cream flavours.

Simon has no idea where all this aggravation came from. He doesn’t really care. When he’s out in his punk gear he’s ready for life. What’s happening on his body is extra energy. Poser, poser. His punk stuff is asking the big questions. Where is Simon at? Sometimes his head hits fists and he doesn’t know why, and his future is what has just gone by.
