The time-worn effigies of Roger de Carminow and his wife, Johanna, can still be seen in the parish church of St. Mawgan-in-Meneage, Cornwall, having been brought there during the reign of King James I, when the chapel at Carminow itself had fallen into disrepair and been turned into a cowshed.
