My Visit to Heaven's Garden
It was 2004 and I was lying on the operating table during a routine hysterectomy, under anesthesia. (Later told they couldn’t wake me up, I was bleeding to death. They were putting pint after pint of blood into me, as I was losing it. They eventually got my heartbeat regulated, but to their frustration and fear, they couldn’t wake me. I later figured out that I was the one who had refused to wake up, because I was being faced with a decision to stay or return while there, at that time.)
I woke up under the brightest golden light, bright as the sun, but it didn’t hurt my eyes. I found myself in this most beautiful garden and somehow knew that it was Heaven's Garden. Such serenity, the most vibrant of colors-nothing that can be compared to on earth. I remembered thinking; This must be the Garden of Eden.
