Yes, clean dirt. Did you know that dirt can be cleaned just like a pair of old, dirty socks? You can’t just throw it in the washing machine, though. Your mom might get angry.
You’ll need a clear, plastic bottle with a cap. A used soda bottle will work great. Go outside and, from the ground, fill up your bottle with dirt, up to about one-third of the way. Now, from your garden hose, fill up the rest of the bottle with water. Screw the cap on tight and give it a good shake. (Feel free to sing and dance as you do so.)
When you get done singing and dancing, look at your bottle. If it did what it was supposed to, your water is now mixed up really good with your dirt. Put your bottle down and let it sit for five minutes. At this time, you can do some more singing and dancing. Take a look at your bottle. How does it look?
