The views in this work do not represent the official views of any religion, institution, or organization. The authors of this work would like to highlight that whether certain religions are emphasized or whether they are critically assessed in this work, it is our opinion that nearly all religions contain degrees of truth that are expressed in current doctrine to the degree that absolute unity with Divine Consciousness is stressed and duality of existence, or Man’s separateness from the Divine is deemphasized.

Preface, How It Began
Landing from my first solo flight, I taxied off the runway on a warm day while adrenaline raced through my veins and excitement filled my mind. I had done it. After nearly failing several times, after all that had been sacrificed to arrive here, I completed my childhood dream of piloting a high-performance aircraft. I felt my first taste of pure pride in this accomplishment. I came to a stop and waited for further ground taxi clearance. Then it happened.
A monarch butterfly flew up to the glass cockpit and floated next to my eyes, seemingly impossibly behind the strong thrust of the propeller. Time slowed nearly to a standstill and each flap of the butterfly’s wings overwhelmed the ambient noise of the engine in my awareness. This small creature captivated my entire consciousness. That is when I knew that my grandfather, alive as this small creature, was looking at me, and saying, “Well done, I am proud of you.”
