The first phase of my writing process is to get my idea down on paper. This generally take the form of an outline detailing characters, scenes, and any other specific information I need for the story. After the outline I move on to a rough draft followed by a round of editing. I normally go through 3-4 rounds of writing and editing before I send it off to a core group of friends to read. I'll do a final draft based on feedback given by my core group of readers.

I have a Nook, Kindle, and an iPad. I use all three to make sure my book formatting works for all devices. As for favorite reader, I'd have to say my basic Kindle e-reader. It is light weight and the e-ink is easy on the eyes.

Well organized. I know, it's odd for a writer to have a well organized desk, but when it comes to my desk I am very OCD. Now my walls... that's a whole other story.

I first started writing when I was about 7. Back then it was 'see spot run' type of stories, but I eventually graduated to more complex stories. I started writing erotica when I was 19 and never looked back. Although I do write the occasional sci-fi and fantasy piece, erotica is what I like to write the best.

I write mainly short stories and novellas and there isn't much call for them in traditional brick-and-mortar publishing companies. Also, my writing tends to be on the kinky side. Going the indie route was the ideal choice for me if I ever wanted to get published.

Without Smashwords I wouldn't have any success, plain and simple. Smashwords allows me to publish my works no matter what it might be. I have the freedom to write what I like knowing I'm working with a company that believes in freedom of speech. That's not only a great relief to me, it comes out in my stories as well. Without the need to fully censor myself I'm able to write much better stories.

My fans are everything to me. Without them I wouldn't be where I am today. It's my fans that tell me what's wrong with a story, as well as what's right. It's my fans that give me the motivation to keep on writing day after day even when I sometimes feel like giving up.

My next project is a sci-fi erotica book that deals with alien races, submission, and humanities fight for freedom. It is currently in the outline phase. I have a title for the book, but will keep that a secret until it is released.

When I get the time to read, I like to read science fiction, fantasy, and mysteries.

In no particular order my favorite authors are: Terry Brooks, Jonathan Kellerman, Isaac Asimov, R.A. Salvatore, and J.K. Rowling (what can I say...I love Harry Potter.)
