How do you discover the ebooks you read?
I have never used this before.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Yes. It was a song story actually.
What is your writing process?
When I get an idea, I write down who-what-where & if it came from a dream or out of thin air.
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
I think it was Sharlett's Web (?) and I still remember the story to this day.
How do you approach cover design?
I pick which tiger design I like best and either color it in or let a child do it, so they become the cover artist. The other way is the foundation has a coloring contest and publishes the winner. The new book design (series) will have a B&W cover so the kids can color in the cover of the book and customize it the way they want with stickers.

What is your e-reading device of choice?
NA
What book marketing techniques have been most effective for you?
I find a need and provide it. In my case, I have a coloring book designed for kids in hospitals. So I just found out how to self-publish the book and my drawings on my own, and sent it out to children hospitals everywhere I could find one listed.

Three computers (linked), two screens (and) a large screen TV connected, copier-scanner-printer, with a drawing table next to that.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in St. Paul, MN.
When did you first start writing?
Drawing and writing stories since I was about 7 years old.
What's the story behind your latest book?
I was in the hospital as a child and know how lonely and scary it can be. I originally made the book as a Christmas present for family, but it turned into a hospital boredom book for other kids to enjoy while they were in the hospital.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
