How do you approach cover design?
I have a professional designer, actually some.
What are your five favorite books, and why?
- great American short stories
- selected poems of Robert Frost
- Iranian Hafiz Divan
- D.H.Lawrence stories
- Any fictions especially of jungle like Animal Farm
The reason lies in my interest in prose and verse in English language
What do you read for pleasure?
prose and poetry

my cellphone and laptop
What book marketing techniques have been most effective for you?
not quite experienced, but indie publish should work generally
Describe your desk
it's small with a computer and some stationery plus my desk phone
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
a small village southern Fars: it is everything to me giving hundreds of ideas.
When did you first start writing?
when i was about 16, far from home started by personal feelings in poetry
What's the story behind your latest book?
my grandma's memoir and her memories. she was an asset to our home
What motivated you to become an indie author?
simply and frankly it is easy and rewarding, so motivating i believe

not yet. i hope it will by providing online support especially marketing ideas
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
each new idea sparkles my mind and gives me pride when developed
What do your fans mean to you?
they are excellent and help my fame locally

This is a real life story told by my grandma, which is her memoir actually. She experienced years of terrible drought and starvation in southern Fars, Iran. She used to tell me her stories, her pains and anything happened to her during her 80-year life and it impressed me enough to gather and write the bitter part as a short book. She lost some of her children when they were starving.........
