I spend most of my day taking care of my toddler and doing chores. I love to cook, sew, and LOVE to read.

I usually download the free stuff and IF I like the author, I go back and find other books they have written. Sometimes I will scroll through some of the major ebook retailers and search for topics I'm interested in. Once a list of (hundreds or thousands) of books come up, I generally browse through looking at the image and title then the summary. If it sparks my interest, sometimes I scan through customer reviews. I want to know I'm buying a great book!

Lucien's Mate is the first novella I began, but not the first one I completed. Kane's story (Book 4 of the Soul Mates series) was the first story I completed. Currently, the title for his book is Lonely Hearts. Not sure if I will keep it or change it. It's really up to him!

I guess you could say I'm a bit scatterbrained. I don't have a specific process. An idea will come to me and I just have to get it down on paper (ok, word doc.). Sometimes I write the beginning and then I'm stumped. Then I have an idea for another book and I begin writing that one. I jump around from each story-in-progress, adding pieces as they come to me. Usually I keep my ideas, but there have been a few times when I've changed the "scene" as I'm typing it.

Unfortunately, I don't remember. I honestly have read a LOT of books. There are so many wonderful novels out there, I can't believe that some people don't read. They don't know what they are missing.

IF it makes my heart race, that's the one for me!

Generally, I love romance, adventure, fantasy. (Hate non-fiction!)

Laurell K. Hamilton's Anita Blake Vampire Hunter (I've read the earlier novels. The more recent ones that focus on BDSM are not my cup of tea.)

Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling

(I also love Stephen King and Dean Koontz novels)

Now I'm into reading erotica, but I've found that I'm spending more time writing my own (and reading it.)

MY desk belongs to my kids. I usually just type away on my laptop (relaxing on my recliner) and if it's charging, I will sometimes break down and put pen to paper.

I grew up, for the most part, in the United States. As a child, I loved to read and would sometimes tell myself stories to fall asleep. I always had an active and vivid imagination. I think all of those things have led me to this path.

A few months ago, I decided to try my hand at writing and the ideas just keep flowing. I have about 12 different novellas in various stages of completion.
