Doug is the managing partner of Private Placement Advisors LLC and Private Placement Publishing.

Doug specializes in debt and equity crowdfunding. He helps small business identify and solicit sources of private equity. Doug manages a LinkedIn discussion group, State Securities Regulation, with close to 1500 members. He recently launched a new LinkedIn discussion group on Real Estate Crowdfunding.
