What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
Escaping the day to day of life...and getting lost in my mind.
What do your fans mean to you?
I would write regardless of fans, but it's nice to get a pat on the back some days. I don't care about the money, I just want people to talk about something I wrote...and discuss it.
What are you working on next?
I am working on book one of a crime trilogy. It has great characters.
Who are your favorite authors?
Michael Connelly, Dean Koontz
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Life.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
It was called 'The Fish'. It was about a guy that ate a mutant fish and then morphed into a fish person...like 'Aquaman'. It was a silly story.
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
'Lord of the Flies'. It really bothered me, because anything that could actually happen...is scary.
What is your writing process?
I come up with an idea that scares me...and go from there.
