I write sexy romance, but I have never written BDSM before. Many readers have asked me to write about bondage. I really didn't want my heroine to whip my hero for no reason at all, so I came up with the idea of an avenging angel, whipping the hero by mistake and The Angel Sees Grey: Pleasure and Punishment for Mr. Darcy is born.

A historical romantic mystery. It doesn't start off as a mystery at first, but it travels down that path all by itself!

I work with several graphic designers. Some of them have read my stories before they start while some work on their designs based on my brief. I usually help the designers to search for cover photos, but a lot of the time, the designers have their own visions. I typically insist on a handsome hunk and a feisty woman for the cover. I love a strong woman in my story and cover!

I think blogging, as the posts are searchable. I can see how many people have read my posts and where they are from. Usually, after a few free reads, I can see some increase in book sales.

I started writing part time around the late 1980s, as a columnist for a newspaper, writing study tips. After that, I branched out to write travel stories. At work, I write research, marketing, and advertising materials. I didn't know I can write romance until I tried writing a drabble for fun a few years ago.

If you are talking about my office for writing, I don't have a desk for that purpose. I like to lie on the sofa or my bed and have the laptop on my lap when I write.

I use my laptop mostly, then mobile and finally tablet. I'm addicted to my computer because of the keyboard.

Smashwords has increased the reach of my books, especially to B&N, Kobo, and iBookstore with little effort on my side so I can concentrate on writing instead. I can see that my historical and modern romance usually sell better at B&N and my quirky romantic suspense and sci-fi stories are selling quite well in Kobo and iBookstore. Smashwords helps me reach out to different readers with their simple to use website.

The first story I've ever written and posted publicly was a drabble of about 200 words. It was a mash-up of Dancing with the Stars and Pride and Prejudice. I could well envisage a hunky Mr. Darcy in his dance moves.
