As I have become more awake, I have felt the need to bring to the forefront different ideas that are surfacing within me to bring rise to the ongoing shift here at this realm. These truths are such that much of humanity is not yet awake or in true understanding of them currently. Ultimately they are intuitively ingrained ideas in our spiritual DNA, alive in our subconscious as innate reasons for being, these truths are those which I have come to understand regarding humanity and our collective shifting essential journey on Earth which I have now brought forth in this book.

For me the greatest joyful aspect of writing is the telling of heart inspired stories through Wisdom, Love and Peace while working at getting the collective spiritual ideas of humanity across in a way that everyone will understand. It is the innate truth of What we are truly doing here? And...Why we have all chosen to be here at this time ? In order to reawaken Sophia, True Wisdom.

I am grateful for all of humanity and their learning. I am truly happy for any fans that find my work inspiring and uplifting. This is my truth, a unique and enlightened understanding of the human journey. I am thankful and excited for those who are ready to come into the holy trinity of mind, body spirit balance. To awaken and rise up within your physical body is a truly divine journey. The Wonder of a new day, healing the world while bringing forth Healing, Wisdom, Peace and Joy...You never know what you might see, feel or happen in your world. Miracles happen every day. Nature brings us messages in many ways if we only will choose to feel, see or hear them. The other day a Mother black bear and two bearly :) two feet tall cubs were 50 ft away climbing up a tree, then I saw a Western Screech owl that landed 6ft from my door above a hummingbird feeder. Another day I looked up in the sky there was a sundog with rainbows shooting off it, then I saw wild cats and dog shaped clouds in the sky ! Yes, my life is a little different and this is what happens as you begin to wake up everything is Miraculous... brighter and much more serendipitous!

I am working on myself by staying healthy in body, mind, spirit, using yoga, contemplation and meditation. I am working on healing, travel, planning new experiences and the next journey. I am striving to be in balance through exercise, creativity and by being in nature... doing the inner work along with what ever has to be done that day. As well as, Remembering to open my heart and bring Love and Light and Peace along the Way !

The universe brings titles front of me, things I need to see, and read they are brought before me in a variety of ways by friends, family, insight, intuition, knowing, thought, Internet etc. They bring forward the books I need for my remembering, for my ongoing Wisdom research along with what ever else might inspire and intrigue me to wake up my body, spirit, mind and my heart even further.

For me it is Being quiet in Nature, the Silence, Meditation, Movement, Intuition and just Doing it...Then something will inspire me and it comes forth to be written

No...there were so many... my mom read to us all the time, there were lots of fairy tales. When I was little we also were so lucky to have had story time at our neighbors cabin every summer. The Hallauers's aka the Senator and the Librarian, Mr Web would go rest in his hammock and Mrs Jo would ring the bell and for an hour she would read to about 20 kids in the atrium of their cabin on Savary Island.. It was all the parents saving grace to have kids out from under foot after dinner for an hour, three or four nights a week during the summer.

With much creativity and inspiration, I love using my own art in light photography. The picture on this cover is a Light photo of the sun that turned into a Unicorn inspired Dragon that I took in Campbell River looking up into the trees one day.

Right now, its anywhere an idea comes to light and there is a round table in an area surrounded by windows over looking West Coast BC forest, with birds, squirrels,flowering plants and greenery that I use right now and works well. The light is great there, I sit out there on a rock or a log at the beach, or if the weather is warm out on the sun deck.

When I was a child, teenager and young adult in this life I stopped being me ...I became so angry and disillusioned with living life, I moved as far away from myself as I could. Thankfully as I grew up, and back into my spirituality I started to wake up again and access my wisdom, I became more aware, I started to find my true self again and this journey has led to me to wake up to my spiritual realization again becoming closer to being enlightened as in Anthropos, as I began to understand my journey all over again, as I began the awakening process, I started to write again.

The story is abour my own journey of awakening, maybe it's yours too? It seems we all go through the same process, the differences have to do with our unique understanding of our own embodiment of spirit, our true passion for this embodiment and what we came here to do at this time.

I was born in Grace hospital in Vancouver and grew up in Coquitlam, British Columbia and had the great joy and benefit of going to Savary Island in the summer... in Canada. Every moment has the possibility to influence me, many people in my life have inspired and influenced my awakening process having helped me move again toward my divine truth and realize my innate wisdom and writing talents as a scribe.

No, But.. I won a Sun Rays contest from a drawing contest in the Vancouver Sun newspaper when I was a kid and my drawing went all across Canada. The prize was for a trip on a great and tall sailboat, I drew a ski lift to the sky with many and all different types of people on it.

I didn't set out to write about spirituality at first, I started writing again in College and University. Then, it was my poetry and songs and as I became more aware and awake I came to realize that we truly are spiritual beings having a physical experience and I began to write and look back to the process and my journey thus far and found it to be interesting. This returning home to yourself is ultimately what the journey on Earth is all about. I moved as far away from my true self only to realize that I wanted to feel the love of the universe again and get back to my truth. Therefore, by moving my body, writing, meditation I strivedvto move back to my centre and this book is about the realization of this movement and my awakening process.
