Interview with Raphael Bath
Published 2014-02-15.
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Many days I wake up feeling bad. Conflict in the spiritual realm causes problems to surface but these problems become solutions which are the fuel of the creative process. It's a case of confronting the situation that is immediate, rather than attempting to follow the program of the mind.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I am also an artist, but many hours are spent engaged in spiritual processes of various kinds.
How do you approach cover design?
Covers need to be original foremost. It is about a personal touch rather than merely "looking good." Additionally, clean bold type seems a sensible decision. With a cover you generally want to use all of the space available.
What's the story behind your latest book?
"Navi-The Prophet Seer Of YEHOVA" is an attempt to show the real life and processes of a Prophet, free from the glamorous lies of the harlot church. Man perceives and demands miracles, but the true prophet, while touching upon the miraculous, is also a hard worker. Their work is spiritual, yes, but there are also certain patterns and concepts to it that make it far more than the flesh-demanded "fortune teller."
What motivated you to become an indie author?
I had no choice (assuming I followed my calling). I was led every step of the way. It was a painful process because the world hates the truth, and I am revealing truths of which some of them have never before been revealed.
Why Are You So Controversial?
I seem rebellious because I am the obedient prophet in a world of rebellion. Furthermore, a certain type of disruption is necessary to shake people up and wake them up to the true light. I make no apologies for this.
