AJ Brown

Biography

A.J. Brown looks out the window on a constant basis, daydreaming of imaginary people and places and how to bring them to life. He tries not to take bios seriously, though some folks wish he would.

He is married and has two children he affectionately refers to as The Girl and The Boy. One of them is the long lost twin to Wednesday Addams while they other one thinks he is a Jedi Knight crossed with R2D2.

You have to like zombies to write about zombies and it appears you really like them. Often writers overdo stories, put stuff in there that isn't needed or gives entirely too many descriptions that take a reader from the story. This is NOT the case here. This was an easy read, engaging from the beginning with just enough details to keep me reading. The one thing I really liked is the touch of foreshadowing with the dream of him eating the little girl and then delivering the goods on the foreshadowing by having him do just what he dreamed. As a writer, that is what you want to do. Though the use of journal entries to tell stories has been done to death, it worked with this one. There were a couple of typos in the story, but it wasn't distracting at all. Thank you for the read. Now to read the second installment.
