The author asks for revision input: I have two suggestions. First, you should not start a novel with paragraph after paragraph of prose written in italics; its just too hard to read. Second, and many new writers make this mistake, you should not write a complete novel in first person. It takes tremndous skill to carry a story line in the first person. It also limits a writer's range too much. These are some of the mistakes I learned the hard way. Hope my suggestions help.

Loved this book. The detailed police procedural work and investgative techniques were so interesting and the character development was ompelling as well. Overall, a fine read. Can't wait for more.
