Biography

I'm a part time author trying to fulfill a lifelong dream. Writing has always been a passion of mine and an excellent creative outlet. I'm a HUGE animal lover (I have three dogs!) and am convinced my dogs are better than most people. In my free time when I'm not writing or working I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, reading, and watching Game of Thrones!

How do you approach cover design?
I try to find an image that accurately reflects the content of the book as best I can. Trying to find something appealing but not too graphic is always tough. I'm also very new to any kind of photo editing so they're probably not as good as they could be. I'm learning though!
What are your five favorite books, and why?
Oh I can only pick five? That's tough. I love the entire Darkfire Trilogy by C.S. Friedman. She is a wonderful author. I feel like saying Game of Thrones and Lord of the Rings is a little cliche but there you have it. I mostly read fantasy novels. Escaping into worlds of magic is always a great way to spend an afternoon.
