Biography

Gabriel Miller is an author, scriptwriter, and voice actor who specializes in writing for multimedia. After pursuing a degree in game design at the University of Advancing Technology in Arizona, he completed his first novel, Nova Diem: The New Dawn, a superhero action story set in the Victorian era. He continued his education focusing on writing, earning a BFA in Creative Writing for Entertainment from Full Sail University.

Gabriel’s early influences were the classic comics given to him by his uncle. Reading those volumes set his mind ablaze with possibilities. He began writing in earnest in High School, discovering the works of Douglas Adams, Terry Pratchett, and Peter David among others.

Gabriel specializes in fantasy, science-fiction, and any combination of the two. But no matter the epic scope or unreal setting, he endeavors to make the relationships of his characters the emotional core of the story. Whether it be the bond between parent and child, the camaraderie of a motley crew, or the passion of star-crossed lovers, these are the heart and soul of his otherworldly tales. He writes novels as well as scripts for stage and screen. He has a passion for comic books and classic tabletop RPGs.

Presently, Gabriel is hard at work with his debut Fantasy novel titled "Sorceress Ascendant," the story of Vanni, a young woman who longs to become a powerful sorceress, but finds the path to power is fraught with danger when she blindly stumbles into the affairs of beings more ancient and terrible than she could ever imagine.
