I am absolutely amazed at the detail and quality of this book - & the author is a teenager!! I think we have a Chef Queen in the making - Heather Resler will be famous some day soon! This book is so easy to use and you will never get tired of cooking & eating because there is such a wide range of meal & snack ideas the paleo way. Fantastic - 5 stars!
