When did you first start writing?
I wrote all the time as a child, and my grandmother supplied me with endless amounts of paper. I was always a shy child and for some reason I could express myself best through written word. I wrote a story in junior high, but it was never published--except by myself. I wrote it out on white copy paper, illustrated it (my writing skills are exponetially greater than my illustration skills), then sewed it together and binded it with cardboard. It was great! I did several more over the years.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
When I'm not writing I am working as a nurse in my local hospital. It's quite fulfilling to serve others, although I will always love to write. I also enjoy playing World of Warcraft, surfing the web, and jogging (although this is a new hobby and I'm not quite a triathlete or anything, but I'm working on it).
