John-Forrest Bamberger

Biography

I've been an individual mystic all my life. From childhood onwards, I've wondered what does it all mean, and always asked "WHY?". I do have some important infuences: Meher Baba, Zen, Buddhism, Theosophy, Transpersonal Psychology, Colin Wilson, Ken Wilbur, G.I. Gurdfieff, Carlos Castenado, and lots of other secret esoteric teachings all over the world. I've never identified with any of the above, always designing my own unique Map of Universal Consciouness. I've written lots of books, fiction and nonfiction, always with that mystical flavor unique to my style. I was highly praised on my first creative writing class onwards and wound up getting a degree in Creative Writing. I tried to get my stuff published, but I guess it was so weird NYC publishers didn't want anything to do with it. I also have a MA degree from Goddard College in Pschology of Creativity. I really wanted to figure out how this thing "creativity" happens, what is the origin of that "Aha" moment? I found meditation is a good way to get some real insights. I spent 10 years seriously getting into electronic music with a rack of synthesizers hooked up to a computer where I composed unworldly sounds and music. In more recent years I took up creative photography and artistic editing. Check: www.flicker.com/john-forrest . I turned to self publishing free on my own web page john-forrest/yolasite.com . Anyway, I hope this network Smashwords will get my books in the right web-spaces, so people will get to read it, and I hope you find it entertaining and enlightening. And I want to hear your feedback: john_forrest@verizon.com Happy reading!

  • Naughty Mages and Erotic Espers on March 27, 2012

Very interesting combination of psychic and eroticism. I liked the way the girls kept the guys from having orgasms and manipulating their desires. X-rated sections a bit brief and "matter-of-fact". I'd like to see more intricate detail, draw it out a bit. As a passive guy, I would love to meet aggressive girls like this.

The demi-humans were very imaginative, but origin not very well explained. This feels like a series, I always like introductions of general scheme. The sex seems a bit "quick". It must be difficult to write sex scenes without using four letter words all the time. The Victorians were masters at sexual description.
