The author, Phyllis Cook has earned a Pastoral Certificate, an Associate's degree in Applied Science and has worked in a variety of volunteer ministries.
She was a victim of depression that almost destroyed her life. Through the gentle teaching of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God, she was set free. She shares common sense faith ideas that worked for her in restructuring and renewing her thought life. She gives examples of how she believes physics came into play when she activated faith substance to change undesirable situations.
