Markus Baad

Biography

I am a freethinker, and I have learned that atheism answers my questions in ways even my old standby Buddhism couldn't. I am a late bloomer, and feel we can all learn from our mistakes, if we chose to.

Smashwords book reviews by Markus Baad

  • The Joy of Atheism on Dec. 10, 2012

Interesting free form poetry, not really my style, but I hope she keeps at it. Worth the download.
  • Drawing God? on Dec. 10, 2012

Really? Religious dogma disguised as propaganda, in turn dressed up as entertainment. Don't waste your time unless you are a person of faith feeling challenged by an atheist doubt. It will make you feel better for a bit.
  • An Atheist Afterlife on Dec. 10, 2012

Fun! I didn't really understand everything, but I like being able to say I am immortal because the odds say so.
  • How To Take Care of Your Human Pet - An Owner's Guide on Dec. 10, 2012

A fun read, if a bit dry.
  • Life, Love, and a Polar Bear Tattoo (Toronto Series #1) on Dec. 17, 2012

I was looking for a new genre, and have never read romance before. Gave it a fling ... sorry, not my thing. Good writing though, and I can't let that go without a good review. Keep up the good work!
  • I Don't Believe In God, Jesus Or The Bible. God's Manual On Atheism And Other Religions. on Dec. 24, 2012

I like this one almost as much as "Santa's guide to not believing in me." Seriously, who are you kidding here? Atheists are not going to take this seriously, and so we are left to realise this book was written for yourself and your followers. Intellectual self-pleasuring, in it's most poorly executed form. No stars for you.
