Joe Galloway grew up in New Orleans and misses real po-boys on good French bread. He strives to grow perfect tomatoes and enjoys the week-long struggle to complete the Wall Street Journal's crossword puzzle. By day, Joe works as a Financial Advisor in the Upstate of South Carolina where he lives with his wife, Charleen, who will on special occasions make baked oysters.
