Shy, retiring, Bertrand writes his poetry from a unique perspective, whether from the deck of a fine sea-faring vessel, a park bench, the veranda on the front porch or watching the sunset. Political, pointed, sometimes a bit sweet, often times seeped in memory or just plain goofy, he will always give you 'paws' for thought.
