Bonita Herold

Biography

BONITA HEROLD grew up on an isolated farm in northwest Ohio. Her closest neighbor was ancient, so she and her siblings turned to books for companionship. The fact that her father took out time for weekly excursions to the library continues to surprise her. She loved reading to her own children and eventually parlayed her interest into an English major. Going on to earn a Master’s degree in Education, she then shared her love for the English language with Hispanic children. Now focused on writing, she lives with her husband in Madison, Alabama. She’s launching her writing career with the debut of Alicia Saves the Day.
