Personally, I am intrigued by this narrative and the figure of its fascinating author. One thing is for sure and that is her broad general knowledge, including her cultural awareness and adventurous spirit as well. Although I am not so much into 'suspense', I really enjoyed the casual style, descriptive language and all the things surrounding the sea, fishing and people involved in the plot. Characters are convincing indeed, perhaps based on some real-life destinies. Moreover, at first I thought the online book description was a bit short, unlike the biography info, but in fact this very fact made me want to read more and more. Finally, I assume that this great story could be interpreted both metaphorically and literally. On both accounts, of course this book is worth reading, filming etc.

A story with a human touch! Particularly, I liked all the descriptions of culture, art, customs and traditions, family bonds, friendship, love story, travel, leisure activities, social gatherings, societal underpinnings; things that are human indeed. Those things are somewhat omnipresent around the globe in some form or another, supposedly. The style of the author is exquisite and immersive. The 'yarn' or the 'thread' of the story is believable and quite realistic. On the other hand, the second part of the book seems rather dramatic, which builds up and leads to the expected culmination. Here, the reader is prompted to critically assess the societies we all live in nowadays. Especially, in terms of imposed separation, divisions, 'walls', stereotypes etc. Whereas, these physical or psychological 'boundaries' artificially disregard the human side of the latter process and, thus, could entail numerous tragedies, distorted destinies, strife. In conclusion, I was intrigued to ponder over the emergent discrepancies between the personal aspirations, family relationships and overall societal arrangements. Otherwise, factors that originally were supposed to complement and enhance each other. This is an outstandingly deep book that is definitely worth reading. Boyko G. A heart-touching piece of art! I was kindly given a copy of the book for free as a prize in a giveaway competition, compliments! After reading Glazki's work, my honest opinion is that she has got an outstanding talent for writing, undoubtedly including poetry. Her style is unique, heart-touching, emotionally intelligent and thought-provoking. She deals with serious and diverse personal and social life issues with dexterity and finesse. Topics range from love and relationship, romance and magic, fantasy and reality to war, philosophy, ethics and schooling. One thing I could say for sure is that I deeply enjoyed reading her wonderful and artistic book. I recommend it to all people who care about 'human' life, art and all forms of good nature as of present day. Boyko Ovcharov - author http://www.amazon.com/Boyko-Ovcharov/e/B009T5LXX0

Indescribable Pleasure to Read! Besides all other strong points like great plot, unforgettable suspense and action, lovely romance, convincing characters, I want to point out the very style of the author. His skill of writing and storytelling is really remarkable, captivating and 'mind-blowing'. What I also enjoyed was the setting, descriptions of wildlife and nature, which masterfully enhanced and complemented the entire storyline. Moreover, Bob Rector demonstrates profound knowledge of the human psyche, instincts and desires, interweaving some original insights into the life of the main characters, i.e. Paula and Kurt; thus rendering this written work a best-selling page-turner. By all means, this book is multidimensional, extremely dynamic and deep. A masterpiece you would definitely relish!
