  • How to Find God's Will on Sep. 01, 2013

I received copy of How to Find God's Will by Josh Wood in exchange for a honest review. I think most Christians struggle with the subject of following God's will (been there for a while now). And like the author says in his book, praying doesn't always seem to give us a clear answer. However, Josh Wood states that he can explain how a Christian can find God's will in three steps and I think he does the job very well. I have not come across a clearer explanation yet (which just might mean I have not read enough books on the subject). A very quick read, with some light humor and clear examples how the author sees himself behaving and how he understands (based on the bible) he should behave, Josh explains how we should go about to find God's will for ourselves. I recommend this book to any Christian looking for some insight to understand how to find God's will and sincerely hope Josh Wood will write more Christian books. Highly rated.
  • At Arms on Jan. 05, 2014

I received 'At Arms' by A Rosaria in exchange for a honest review. This short book contains a series of short stories that are interconnected. The theme being you maidens being accompanied/protected by knights. However, these maiden's do not seem to fare to well with their protectors. Even when they are not what they seem to be. It was OK. I guess the vampire genre has been a little overused lately. But at least in these stories, vampires are back to being scary monsters.
